🕒 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging.

• Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved products) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at support@buyhub.pk with your order number and the reason for return.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

• To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

• Digital products or downloads

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
